Are there any age restrictions?

Not really. We don't recommend anyone younger than 12 for our bootcamp classes. At certain times of the year we provide a kids bootcamp for children up to 10 years old. As always, you should consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

Bring inside shoes (cross trainers are the best), a bottle of water and a sweat rag.

Yes. Personal training sessions are $25 each session and include 30 minutes of training plus cardio either before or after.

Unlimited bootcamp, strength training, yoga and other group classes are $80/month.
Our drop-in rate for any class is $10.
Personal training is $25 each session.
Our sauna can be accessed for an additional $5/month.
