It's a new month and time to set new goals or reevaluate your current goals! You should make short term goals as well as long term goals. Set a time line for each goal. This helps keep you on trace. A short term goal may be that you want to drink 100oz of water a day by the end of two weeks and no more pop within a month. A long term goal maybe to loose 5% body fat in 6 months or to drop and total of 15 inches. Make a few goals at a time, too many changes at once set you up for failure.
